The contemporary educational system is undergoing profound transformations as a result of social, cultural, economic, and technological changes. In this context, the question of women's place in the educational system emerges as a major issue, not only as essential actors in the educational process but also as a lever for change and social transformation.

The international conference "Women in the Educational System: Challenges of Empowerment and Issues of Change" aims to analyze the dynamics of women's participation at different levels of the educational system, to examine the structural, institutional, and symbolic obstacles they face, and to highlight the mechanisms and strategies that promote their empowerment.

This scientific meeting aims to offer a space for reflection and academic dialogue bringing together researchers, doctoral students, and actors in the educational field, from a multidisciplinary perspective, in order to contribute to a better understanding of the relationships between education, gender, and societal transformations.
